Casa bien equipada. Casa autentica con Escaleras altas, pasos estrechos y bajos. Muy buena ubicación para conocer Alaior que tiene mucha vida cultural. Vecindario agradable.

Une bonne adresse au coeur de la vie minorquine.

Maison propre, bien équipée, et être au coeur du village, au calme fut très agréable et reposant. Alaior est très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île et accéder facilement aux plages du nord comme aux plages du sud . Petits point négatifs : l'absence d'extérieur, les pièces très étagées (mais typique de Minorque) et le parking qui n'est pas à proximité directe. Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison.

Ottima sistemazione, casa pulitissima e ben curata, la cucina ha tutto ciò che serve, non manca null

Bella casa nel centro di Alaior, la casa e' pulitissima, nella cucina ci sono tutti gli utensili necessari, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, se devo fare un appunto e' l'acqua calda per la doccia che finisce dopo che 5 persone si sono sdocciati.. noi eravamo in 7... e quindi agli ultimi 2 puntualmente toccava una doccia fredda... Dimenticavo la casa si presta per persone giovani e senza problemi deambulatori, visto che ha 2 piani con gradini molto alti. Per il resto la consiglio vivamente.

Perfect stay

We couldn't have had a more relaxing holiday thanks to Minorca and its splendid scenery, the beautiful beaches, the more than interesting towns (Maó and its harbour are stunning, so is Ciutadella) and villages. Comfy and cosy Alaior proved to be the ideal starting point for our excursions. THE HOUSE is fully equipped (incl. AC) and contributed a great deal to a superb holiday. A most charming house in the historical centre of Alaior, it did feel like home for us. The owners are very welcoming (thanks F + M). Not returning is unimaginable. In fact, the kids (5 and 2 years old) wanted to move to this place after 3 days.
