This characteristic farm building where all master objects have been revisited and relocated in every corner of the house in a perfect balance between tradition and modernity is in an undisturbed location surrounded by hills with vineyards, oak trees, olive groves, forests and gullies. Villa Amalia is a quality holiday base, ideal for an extended family, or group of friends. A great base as well from which to explore all the South of Le Marche. The center of Ascoli Piceno and the Adriatic beaches are only 30 km away and the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the towns of San Benedetto del Tronto and Offida are all no more than 30 minutes driving by car. The villa is tastefully furnished with eco-friendly materials, the original features have been saved like the old cotta floors and wood beamed ceilings, and most rooms have at least one original finishes. The terraced pool (11m x 5m) with a stunning view and the gazebo are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. Swimming pool is open from 15 of May till 30 of September. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 200 euro - Air conditioning 0,30 per kwh - Pets 65,00 euro each one

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Höhen und Tiefen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind toll. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in die Hügel, man hat seine völlige Ruhe und dazu noch einen tollen Ausblick. Die Schlafzimmer und die jeweilig dazugehörigen Bäder sind sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, wirken recht neu und sauber. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die Küche. Als wir ankamen waren die Teller, Töpfe usw. leider schmutzig. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, kaum ein Geschirr Teil kam sauber heraus. Es ist alles ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt und provisorisch. Auch der „Wohnraum“ ist nicht sonderlich einladend, anstatt eines Sofas usw. stehen dort Gartenmöbel und Klappstühle. Da wir aber fast nur draußen waren hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Egal welche Fragen oder welches „Problem“ wir hatten, es wurde direkt darauf eingegangen und nach einer Lösung gesucht und Hilfe angeboten.
