About this property
A delightful cottage conveniently located down a quite lane in the village
Monkey Puzzle Cottage is a spacious, stylish villa with parking, wonderful entertaining areas and within walking distance of the local pubs, restaurants and all of the amenities Snettisham has to offer. A perfect hideaway for couples, families and groups of friends to enjoy throughout the seasons.
This delightful cottage is conveniently located down a quite lane in the village. The property has been completely revamped and now offers a wonderful sitting room with two sets of french doors leading directly onto the courtyard and into the garden. The new contemporary kitchen/dining room also has access into the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 6' super-king size zip-and-link bed and another with a 6' super-king size bed, both having their own en-suites. The master has a wonderful stand-alone copper bath along with a separate en-suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower. From this room, step outside onto the furnished balcony with seating, overlooking the pretty gardens.
The cottage is beautifully furnished and very well-equipped, every little detail has been thought of to make sure your holiday is complete and stress free. The sunny wrap around gardens have a separate barbecue, bar and seating area and the main relaxing area is furnished with large curved garden seating around the impressive outdoor fire; this is a rare find and provides everything you could possibly need for outside entertaining throughout the year.
Snettisham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities, and is and ideal base if you want to get out and about exploring this beautiful area of Norfolk. There's always plenty to see and do, from making sandcastles or trying your hand at some water sports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy lovely walks on the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, birdwatching at the many nearby nature reserves, visiting a country house or two (both Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by) or take a tour around Norfolk Lavender. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice.
