Located in the charming village of West Runton, this cosy and stylish semi detached cottage is nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty along North Norfolk's stunning heritage coastline. Situated just a short walk from West Runton's beautiful beach and Coastal Path. West Runton offers an array of amenities ranging from independent pubs, shops, cafes a tennis court and golf course. This wonderful cottage is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday.

A well equipped kitchen opens up into a light and airy dining room with french doors leading to the sunny garden, perfect for an al fresco morning coffee and croissants, or late afternoon and evening dining. Being fully enclosed and secure, children and dogs can play safely while the wine chills and the sun goes down. The ground floor wet room is ideal for washing off the sand from a hard day at the beach! Upstairs are two inviting bedrooms, each with a glimpse of the sea. The master bedroom has a super-king zip and link bed giving the option to be converted into 3' twin beds on request. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Tide Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time together in a comfortable space situated a short stroll from all the amenities the seaside village of West Runton has to offer. Whether you wish to walk the coast path, explore picturesque seaside villages and towns to the east and west, run the dog on expansive beaches, or simply enjoy a picnic packed full of fabulous local produce, then Tide Cottage is for you.

Tide Cottage's sister cottage Golf Cottage is situated two doors up. This cottage sleeps six people, and both properties can be booked together if available.

Everything lovely about this cottage Inc the welcome pack. The back garden had everything in it as well, with the weather bein lovely all week it was like being abroad in a villa. Even Chloe the dog loved it as it had a big grass area and was fully enclosed. Situated in a good position to visit various places.

A delightful doggie friendly stay.

The cottage was very warm and welcoming, with a supply of bread, milk, biscuits, wine, tea, coffee and butter to start us off. The decor and comfort level was very high - we loved the firm sofa and bed. Lots of thoughtful touches (dog towels, bowl, bags and ball). The garden has been designed to look good all year, some can look a bit sad in the winter, and the lighting in the tree and at other points around the garden made it zing. The herb garden just outside the kitchen window was a great idea. There were only two of us, but with two bathrooms and the bedrooms separated by one bathroom, it would be a good choice for 2 couples. Owners very friendly and nearby if needed. The walks in the area are plentiful, we didn't move the car for a couple of days. Local buses and a train service are on hand if required. The Hole in One Bar at the Links Hotel is dog friendly, and good place to end up after a dog walk. We would love to return.
