Villa Pepe

Villa Pepe is one of a kind, both in terms of its style and its location—just 50 metres from the snow-white beach and the crystal-clear sea of Budoni Bay. <br>The two-story villa, with access from Via Dei Lidi, features on the ground floor a spacious and inviting living area with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a TV connected to digital satellite, offering both national and international channels, and a kitchenette/kitchenette equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer, and various kitchenware. Also on the ground floor is a small bathroom with a washing machine. <br>On the ground floor, the villa features two very bright bedrooms—which, upon request, can be configured as double, triple, or with three single beds per room—and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious and cosy balcony. <br>On the ground floor, the villa features large verandas furnished with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, offering the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors. Part of the outdoor verandas is covered by an ornamental plant called bougainvillea, which wraps around part of the exterior walls, making Villa PEPE truly one-of-a-kind. The villa also features a small garden and parking spaces. <br>Villa Pepe’s strategic location allows guests to choose not to use their own vehicle during their stay, as it is situated just a few metres from the beach and the main shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, pastry shops, and bakeries, etc.<br>During the summer, the town of Budoni organises cultural and entertainment events at the amphitheatre, as well as film screenings, etc. In the evenings, the town centre is closed to traffic to allow for evening strolls while sampling local specialities and enjoying artisanal gelato. For nightlife enthusiasts, there’s a nightclub called Pata Pata, located 2 km from Budoni, which is also known for attracting celebrities. The club is open every day throughout the summer season. Occasionally, evening concerts are also held on the beach, a real attraction for all ages.
