Nice building & apartment in D Zone

Nicely maintained contemporary building and furnished apartment. Modern apartment simply and pleasantly outfitted. Decent closet and drawer storage. Beds comfortable. Building very quiet during our October stay. Nice family to deal with. Definitely out of the busy center of Alghero; 15-20 minutes for strong walkers. View of sea from terrace was from particular angle otherwise looking into neighboring buildings (one seems abandoned) and parking areas. Access to public walkway along water into centro is close. No restaurants or many other business’ close by other than plain vacation rentals although small supermarket nearby. Coastal road to Bosa very near building. Beach goers better have a car. Rent a small one because garage is tight getting in and out.

Great place and great host!

The place is brand new and super high-tech and the host went out of his way to accomodate out multiple check-in changes. Can't say enough about it.

Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment hat eine schöne Einrichtung, liegt ruhig. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Alghero. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Gli ospiti gentili ed educati. Hanno rispettato tutte le regole della casa inoltre hanno lasciato la casa in condizioni impeccabili. Raccomando gli ospiti in questione, spero di rivederli presto. È stato un vero piacere.
