Able to accommodate up to 4 people, this 150m2 air-conditioned loft consists of:

- a bedroom with a Queen Size bed 160 cm and its private bathroom with shower and toilet
- a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. Flat Screen TV Canal Satellite
- a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sunbeds

On the mezzanine: a bedroom with 2 single beds 80 cm and its private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Baby equipment available on request.

During your stay at the Moulin de Quai 3, take the opportunity to discover the banks of the Charente in Jarnac, for relaxing walks.

WALK :
Set off at your own pace to discover Jarnac with the Circuit Au fil de l'eau which takes you to the remarkable site of Ile Madame.

Magnifique vue

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Quai 3. L’accueil de la conciergerie de Laura est parfait et très professionnel. Le loft est très bien équipé et très bien situé pour pouvoir accéder à tous les commerces à pied. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la vue sur la Charente et le spectacle des couchers de soleil. La climatisation a également été un vrai plus pendant cette semaine de canicule. Un grand merci à l’équipe de la conciergerie de Laura !
