This super modern villa with its own private swimming pool is located in Sucina, Murcia. The villa has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a large terrace with outside seating and views of the pool and the mountains. On the ground level you have a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen with patio doors on two sides leading out onto the terrace and swimming pool area.

One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor salt swimming pool with jets at one end. The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee. Outside you have a large terrace with sunbeds and garden as well as the outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, fridge, sink, oven and hob.



Sucina is a small village just 20 minutes drive from the beaches on the Costa Calida and a great hub to enjoy the many golf courses in the area. The village has everything you need including restaurants, bars, banks, petrol station and a medical centre.

Lovely place ..perfect for a great weekend

The property was clean modern and nicely done. The pool was excellent. Having 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms was great. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Summer 2022 Holiday to Sucina

Everything about the holiday and house, it was excellent, just perfect in everyway, it made our first holdiay post pandemic very special. In particual was the care and attenting to help given by Resort Hosts who were excellent. We will definitely stay again thank you very much nothing it was perfect.

Pristine villa and pool. Lovely quiet location. Perfect holiday for a family. The only problem I could envision would be if there were any mobility issues as the stairs are fairly steep with a sharp turn. There is a downstairs bedroom though.

Modern villa

Lovely modern villa in Sucina, exactly as described. Quiet location which was perfect for us, but does have some restaurants and a Spar in the town. 25 minutes from Murcia airport, and 15 minutes to the nearby Dos Mares commercial centre with a hyper market, shops and restaurants. Great communication from the management team throughout.

The Villa was wonderful and just what we expected, it was very clean and it's position was great to be able to walk to the lovely square for the restaurants and pubs. We had a couple of minor issues and contacted the property managers who were extremely helpful and professional, the minor issues sorted all within the hour. We will definitely be returning.

Frustrating start

The entry system didn't open the gate to the property which has to done remotely, before working out which of 2 house doors was the front door. Pool towels were missing and din't arrive until 3 days later. Typical quality of spanish build especially aroung shower draind in the upper bedrooms, meaning water could ingress the building. Otherwise very nice

We found the villa quite small for 6 adults.The kitchen had very basic kitchen utensils. There was a small pack of washing up equipment supplied, however the villa had no basic supplies such as salt pepper oil etc.It was hard to keep the floors clean as they were white tiles and the outside area was covered in red dust it got everywhere. The villa was not cleaned during our stay, even though we were there for over a week.The villa was clean when we arrived although all the glass balconies and partitions were smeared and not clean looking.We appreciated the air conditioning however because there was only one thermostat for each floor it was difficult to suit the individual needs of each bedroom.The system for entering the villa when we first arrived was not clear and caused some concern until we messaged the resort hosts and they eventually phoned us and remotely let us into the building.Two of the sliding doors out to the pool area did not lock so we needed to have the shutters closed whenever we were away from the villa. The entrance to the villa grounds from the street would open automatically if the buzzer was pressed which made the villa less secure.The stairs to the upper floor were narrow and steep, this might be a problem for the elderly or young children.The area was very quiet and would perhaps not suit everyone. We have always stayed in villas owned by individuals and found this experience of staying in this villa run by a company does not work for us.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The villa is a very good size and comfortably accommodates six adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and if anything is ever missing, our team is available 24/7 to provide replacements or assistance. As the villa is self-catering, we don’t supply consumables such as salt, pepper, or oil, but guests are welcome to bring or purchase these locally. Regarding check-in, the instructions include a button that says “open door.” Some guests mistakenly look for a code, but access is managed remotely for convenience and security. The entrance gate’s buzzer works automatically for the first two hours after arrival to make check-in easier. The red dust you mentioned can appear after rain — a quick hose-down usually resolves this. The air conditioning operates by floor with a single thermostat per level, which is standard for ducted systems. While we always encourage guests to contact us with any issues, we didn’t receive any messages or reports during your 10-day stay. Our multilingual team and maintenance staff are available 24/7 to help with anything at any time, and we regularly check in to ensure guests are comfortable. We truly value your feedback and will continue working to make each stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you.

La casa es espectacular

Hemos disfrutado de dos días en villa sol. La casa es espectacular, moderna, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Tiene un baño en cada habitación, el atardecer desde la terraza de arriba se ve precioso. En la zona exterior hay 6 tumbonas perfectas para tomar el sol. La piscina tiene hidromasaje y una plataforma muy cómoda para bañarse. La casa cuenta con varias zonas y dos frigoríficos, uno dentro y otro fuera. La barbacoa genial también. La zona es residencial, se puede aparcar en la calle y se ve una zona segura. Tiene dos puntos negativos: 1) si vas a ir intentando disfrutar de los alrededores no hay mucho que ver. 2) Por otro lado, la casa no estaba muy limpia y se filtraba olor de la barbacoa en la habitación de abajo, no conectaron los frigos a tiempo y la bebida no se enfriaba. El menaje de cocina es escaso por lo que recomiendo llevar algún cubierto / plato de plástico.
