About this property
Bron Elan
Nestled in the heart of the incredible Snowdonia National Park, this sophisticated character cottage is a hidden gem you will want to return to time and time again. Bron Elan is a luxurious and fantastic retreat from which you can easily explore this diverse and stunning part of North Wales.

There is a TV, DVD player, a variety of books and games, and even a record player - so don't forget your favourite vinyls!
The generous kitchen and dining area is recently redecorated and classic in style. it is excellently equipped, with a full range oven, slow cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus all the kitchenware you'll need for your favourite breakfast. With a selection of cookbooks, you can get your creative juices flowing, or, if you're not up to cooking, the local pizza joint, Hanging Pizza in Betws-y-Coed, is not to be missed and only a 10 minute drive away.
Off the dining area there is also a light and airy conservatory area, with cane furniture to offer an additional living space.
Upstairs, there is a spacious landing, and 3 beautifully dressed bedrooms, one king-size, one double and one single, complete with ample storage space. The modern bathroom boasts a quality traditional style suite of bath with shower over, basin and close-coupled WC.
The garden, nicely hidden down a little path, is largely fenced and makes a great space for relaxing, with a chimenea to give a little atmosphere and bring some warmth to cooler evenings.
Locally, there is a staggering amount to choose from when planning what to see and do. The village of Dolwyddelan has a very well stocked local spar shop, 2 pubs all within walking distance, a train station and it's own castle! More local amenities are available at Betws-y-Coed.
Whether you love hiking, mountain biking and outdoor activities, or exploring the stunning coastline there is sure to be something for everyone.
Mount Snowdon is less than 20miles distant and the surrounding area offers plenty of walking routes and beautiful lakes amongst the mountains just waiting to be discovered. For some family fun, head a few miles down the road to Zip World for a day of adventure in the treetops!
Criccieth Beach, Harlech Beach and Black Rock Sands are all roughly 40 minutes away, and with Anglesey just the other side of the mountain, you'll be spoilt for choice.
Nearby, the larger towns of Portmeirion, Porthmadog, and Llandudno are all within a 40 minute drive.
Bron Elan is happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, but please ensure that they stay on the ground floor of the cottage.
Please note there is a stairgate available at the property should it be needed.
