Graziosa casa Vacanze in stile marinaro di 90m2, servita su due piani con giardino, verande e posto auto.
Ubicata in una posizione ottimale per effettuare escursioni e gite al parco marino di Tavolara e le piscine naturali di Molara,si trova vicino a numerose spiagge attrezzate con servizi di noleggio canoe,gommoni per delle indimenticabili gite.
A soli due minuti d’auto troverete spiagge con sabbia fine e mare color smeraldo.
All’interno della casa troverete camere climatizzate,moderne e raffinate con i temi del Corallo e delle Stelle Marine Tipici della Costa Smeralda.
È disposta di forno, forno microonde, lavastoviglie,barbecue, lavatrice ferro da stiro , internet(saponetta), tutto ciò che occorre per farvi trascorrere una piacevole e indimenticabile vacanza…
Giardino e Patio esterno sul quale cenare completano la casa.

Fantastic Apartment close to three beautiful beaches
We´d spent 11 nights at this property and had a great time. It was clean, had a modern kitchen/living area and a modern bathroom on the groundfloor. The two bedrooms and on the 1st floor and the kitchen have air conditioning which is helpful with temperatures up to 38°C/100°F. The Apartment is also beautifully decorated (not too much but tastefully). Overall the property is in a very good condition. Early check-in was possible which we´ve been grateful for (travelling with a toddler). Parking in front of the apartment and of course... the beaches. La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala di Brandinchi are a 5-10 minute drive away (with Lu Impostu being the nearest). For the two latter a reservation is required which must be made one day in advance via App. Same day reservation seems not to be possible which you should keep in mind if you come for the beaches. The owner responded immediately. Definitely a place to come back. Thanks again to Johanna and Monika (who checked us in and out).
