Perfect Home Base for Exploring the City

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the metro, a beautiful garden, and countless restaurants and cafés with lovely outdoor seating. We especially loved the neighborhood and enjoyed exploring the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Well located, cleanliness and supplies need improvement

The apartment is well located, close to a metro station and directly adjacent to the Jardins des plantes and museum of natural history. The apartment itself is a small two bedroom, the second bedroom (with the two single beds) being a loft style room with very steep, open stairs for access. The apartment was relatively quiet due to its location and windows facing an internal courtyard rather than the street. The cleanliness and lack of supplies was the thing that let the apartment down, we had to purchase toilet paper (only two rolls provided for a family of 4 for a 5 day stay), dish sponges, bin liners and were unable to use the dishwasher as there was no powder or tablets and we didn’t wish to buy any. I already had my own laundry detergent but there was none supplied.

Excellent venue for a weekend in Paris. Surprisingly the apartment has plenty of windows so even better then the pictures suggest. Location is great to explore most of the city and everything is well organised.

Lovely flat with great access to public transport . Clean comfortable lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby . Stairs to upper level are a bit tricky if you’re not too sure on your feet .

This apartment is in a primo spot, next to the river and a main Metro station. My mom and I loved the neighborhood for its restaurants and nearby market. We also loved the proximity to Les Jardin de Plantes, a large park for walking and relaxing.

A really well set up apartment in a great location. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect base for exploring Paris. Good size for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Check in was simple and communication leading up to arrival was excellent.

Lovely Stay

This is a nice quiet location very close to a big Metro station and the river. Very walkable to Notre Dame. The only real issue we had was with the shower. It did not drain and so when you used the shower for longer than a minute water would flood out into the bathroom floor. I let the team know about this but nothing happened. One of the guests had to try to clear it herself but it really just needed to be snaked. I felt like I went through the right channels of communication but we had to put up with it for 4 days even though we sent messages and photos. The door handle on the bathroom was broken off too. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Nice apartment in convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Steps to upstairs loft a bit tricky. Management was nice to let us drop bags early. After that there was zero communication despite repeated WhatsApp messages and VRBO emails. Needed help with main heater which had apparently been damaged by previous renters, WiFi password and check out instructions and received zero response during the entire stay.

A lovely flat in a perfect location!

This is a cozy flat, perfect for four older people (small children may have trouble on loft steps); located within close proximity to great restaurants, train station, grocery and bakery. We were very comfortable and the flat contained most amenities.

Amazing location in Rome

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the AC was a lucky find for us in hot European days. Great location with wonderful stores, restaurants, monuments, and coffee shops all around us.Due to our travel schedule, coordinating check-in time/details was a bit more effort than I would’ve liked, but that is more on me and how we travel-we just didn’t always have wifi to coordinate promptly.

Stayed 5 nights to do Paris half marathon- location was great and only short walk to starting and finishing line . Easy access to metro . We felt very safe in the evenings walking back in the area - McDonald’s few minutes walk , restaurants just round the corner - great food, cocktails great value for money .

Fantastic apartment, modern, clean, spacious!

Ruben and Anton were fantastic to deal with. Both very kind and helpful people. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and was warm and comfortable. I will stay there again if I can! All the appliances and appointments were very modern and clean.
