About this property

Amazing Lake view old house

Our holiday home is located along olive trees and from here you can enjoy a wonderful Lake view.
This small apartment is suitable for a couple or a couple with one child. It has been very recently renovated and forniture is wooden handmade. At evening you can enjoy the outdoor table for a dinner in the garden staring at the sunset on the lake.
By a short walk or a short car ride , about 5 minutes by car, you can reach the historical centro of Passignano or the lake side walk. You can also take a ferro to visit the wilde island of the lake. Or you can enjoy a horse ride very close to our home. Why not also visit the special winieries of Umbria?
You can also visit Rome or Florence for a day trip by train ( about 2-3 hrs away)
