Also on the ground floor, a corridor leads to the large Family Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Two rooms on the ground floor are currently retained by the owners for storage.

A period staircase leads up to the first floor. Bedroom 1 has views towards Falmouth Bay over farmland, double bed, bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, wooden armchair and wash basin.
