On the ground floor are the Sitting Room with a sofa and armchairs, period fireplace with log-effect electric stove, and flatscreen TV. A selection of books and games is available for guests’ use. Also on the ground floor, a corridor leads to the large Family Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Two rooms on the ground floor are currently retained by the owners for storage.

A period staircase leads up to the first floor. Bedroom 1 has views towards Falmouth Bay over farmland, double bed, bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, wooden armchair and wash basin. It has a large kitchen table and 6 chairs for dining. The washing machine is located downstairs in the corridor.

At the front of the property there is a hedged and fenced, large lawned garden with outdoor table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. Outdoor games are stored in the hallway next to the staircase. A gate leads to the parking area with room for up to 2 cars.

Family holiday.
Nice area with loads to explore. In the middle of nowhere, out in the sticks, beautifully peaceful. Nearby beaches. Very friendly owner. Shame you can't book the weather.
