Independent entrance, double bedroom with living area, fully equipped kitchen, and downstairs bathroom in the original barrel vault cellar
Montalcinello seats on top of a hill in the countryside of Siena is one of the most unspoiled valleys in Italy, Val di Merse.
Walk-to Supermarket, fish trucks from the coast twice a week
Chiusdino 12 km, the closest town

The space
There are 2 floors, ground floor include an open kitchen and a double bedroom with a living area for relaxing. and downstairs is the bathroom. The whole area provides air conditioning and WIFI.(68/20Mb)
There is an induction stove, small oven, coffee machine, and washing machine with a dryer function and dining table for the kitchen area.
For the bedroom area, one double bed 160cm x 200cm and two big chairs for relaxing.
Guest access
Casavolta is on a small private road not accessible with big cars.
Parking can be easily found 30 meters away with the possibility to get closer for language drop-off.
Pharmacy, Bank, and other services are 12 km away in Chiusdino
