Wir haben uns in der großen hellen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, wohnen direkt darüber. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Umgebung war traumhaft. Super auch die große Nähe zur Innenstadt des wunderschönen Capoliveri.Zu beachten ist vielleicht: Es ist tagsüber oft laut, die viel befahrene Durchgangsstrasse geht direkt unterhalb der Terasse vorbei. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Zufahrt zum eigenen Parkplatz (auf dem Dach der Wohnung!) ist steil und eng, für größere Fahrzeuge eine Herausforderung. Und: es gibt kein Spülmuttel, Schwämme, Lappen, Handtücher oder ähnliches, alles mitbringen!

Magnifique appartement de vacances

3ème séjour dans cet appartement de vacances que nous apprécions toujours autant. La vue est magnifique et la localisation à 2min à pied de la vielle ville et à 5min en voiture de belles plages et parfaite. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs et la communication est très facile. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

das kleine Paradies

der ideale Ort um eine Woche oder auch länger in Capoliveri zu verbringen. Das Zentrum ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Jede Menge Strände sind in der Nähe. Dank des königlichen Parkplatzes alles wunderbar erreichbar. Und man hat diese Terasse mit Blick auf drei Meere. Deshalb heißt es ja auch tre golfi. Dazu einen Garten ( den haben nicht viele in Capoliveri) und- die warme Außendusche :) Die Küche hat ordentlich Platz mit großem Kühlschrank und Ausstattung für 11 Personen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine.Das Bad ist picobello. Alles ist top gepflegt. Claudia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und Laura kümmert sich vor Ort um jedes Anliegen. Wir haben dieses kleine Paradies zu sechst rundum genossen. DANKE

Schönes Haus als toller Ausgangspunkt

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit super Aussicht und ganz dicht am historischen Ortskern. Wir saßen gerne auf der Terrasse, schlenderten durch den netten Ort und fuhren zu den schönen Badebuchten, die auch im Herbst noch zum Baden einladen. Tagsüber hört man auf der Terrasse die Straße, was uns nicht gestört hat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft und die Außendusche mein Highlight. Es gibt kein Bettzeug.

Eine Whlfühlinsel auf der Wohlfühlinsel

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick von der Terrasse- wirklich ein Traum. Manchmal stört die Hauptstraße unterhalb etwas die Idylle. Coronabedingt?! - gut ausgestattete Küche ohne Salz und Pfeffer. Basic‘s sollte man dabei haben oder vor Ort einkaufen. Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt.

Superbe apparemment

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2min à pied du centre de capoliveri, avec une terrasse et une vue magnifique. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. La propriétaire est très sympathique, elle est disponible et très réactive en cas de besoin. Les plages sont à 10min en voiture. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Ottima esperienza

Ho trascorso la prima settimana di luglio 2022 presso questa struttura con la mia famiglia, 2 adulti e 2 bimbi di 7 e10 anni. Un esperienza meravigliosa, meglio delle più rosee aspettative. I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili, la struttura vanta una posizione straordinaria e una vista eccezzionale. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutti gli accessori in descrizione, anzi direi anche quacosa in più. Posto auto comodissimo adiacente all'appartamento un codizionatore per stanza. Insomma, tutto perfetto Consigliatissimo!

Die Lage ist super. Direkt an einem kleinen schönen Ort. Die Ein und Ausfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, da es schon Recht eng ist, ist aber machbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles war in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Schöne FeWo direkt oberhalb der Straße

Die Wohnung ist sauber jedoch minimalst ausgestattet und hat einen super Ausblick. Bettwäsche und Küchen-Handtücher sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht zu empfehlen, da nur über eine sehr steile Auffahrt oder große Treppen am Haus der Eigentümer vorbei zu erreichen. Schöne eigene Terrasse mit super Sicht. Ansonsten recht laut, da direkt oberhalb der Hauptstraße gelegen.
