Pésima modalidad de ingreso.

Ingreso mediante una aplicación de telefono que no fue informada correctamente. Depender de un móvil para ingresar es muy arbitrário, puedes quedarte sin batería, perderlo, no tener datos móviles, o ser una persona de 84 años como fue nuestro caso que no esta habituada a esa tecnología. Estuvimos mas de 3 horas para poder ingresar , esperando unos codigos que debia enviarnos Laura o la app. Laura ni siquiera atendía el telefono. Si se encargó de enviarnos una infinidad de mail tratando de excusarse por su inoperancia y desatención. Ingresamos gracias a una joven, Jasmin , que con predisposición, dedicación, paciencia y muy buen trato logró activarnos el sistema en un solo móvil al que fue enviado el único código. Aplausos para ella. El dpto no es para 4 personas, solo dos sillas para 4 pax. Es un monoambiente dividido con mamparas de vidrio y puerta de vidrio transparentes, ni un mínimo de privacidad. Ingreso gral al piso mediante una escalera desnivelada y muy sucia, maloliente, toda desnivelada, con escalones de distintas medidas la cual nos causó tropiezos y caidas. No recomendamos su reserva.
