The accommodation is a bit tired and the double glazing needs attention. Its a bit of a distance from the ferry and the beach at Rock. The beach is AMAZING but Rock, not so much. Nothing really here and while it has great views, it lacks atmosphere somehow. The apartment was decent value for money but overall its just a bit lacking.

Great location
On check in we decided to sit outside and wait for the rest of our party. only one chair of the 2 outdoors was unbroken - both were filthy and the table could only seat 2 unlike the table and benches shown on the pics - this is supposed to accommodate 4. the slabs could use a jet wash and the general outside of the building (st Martins) could do with a Freshen up - re-render (chunks have fallen off) and re-paint. inside was ok although given this is supposed to accommodate 4 there was no storage for the 2 using the Lounge area so they had to store all their clothes etc on the sofa in the conservatory making it un-usable. Kitchen and bathroom clean enough but quite a lot of dust elsewhere (Lamps / corners etc.). TV didn't even have the normal terrestrial channels, which rendered it pointless. The toilet is not attached to the floor and doesn't flush sufficiently (I assume this is a recurring issue as the owners have provide a plunger!)
