The Oasis is a Private Resort in the heart of North Scottsdale. This luxurious 8600 square feet accommodation is newly furnished with exquisite Southwest design. Offering custom details in each of the six bedrooms, with no exception to the atmospheric Chef Kitchen filled with top of the line appliances as well as the Grand Outdoor Dining Table as well as outdoor fridge, icemaker, smoker. Sit Back and enjoy the breath-taking scenery.

A highlight of your vacation will be the time spent outdoors in the 5-acre, manicured resort backyard. The Oasis creates a tranquil paradise with all the privacy you will need to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets, sunrises, views of the Mountains and Scottsdale City lights.
Enjoy the spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak out the front door, Troon Mountain on the east, McDonald Mountains and Scottsdale City lights from the backyard. It’s a true Oasis; you'll never want to leave!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of perishable food and check the fridge and cupboards. Reasonable amounts of non-perishable items may remain.
If you used the grill, remove food, leave it uncovered and turn off the gas. Return patio furniture and pool toys to their original locations.
Return all iPads to their storage locations. Close and lock all doors, patio doors and windows, and turn off fans, electronics, TVs and music.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Large parties are not permitted. Please respect the home, furnishings and property at all times. Beer pong is not permitted.
The outdoor kitchen and awnings are for owner use only. Guests are welcome to use the black grill/smoker during their stay.
No food or glass is permitted in the pool or spa. Children must be closely supervised at all times, as the pool and spa are not gated.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 13 for a bachelor party, and the property was the perfect size for everyone. There was plenty of space, the house and grounds was beautiful, and the sleeping arrangements accommodated all 13 of us comfortably.Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and everything about the stay went smoothly. We would definitely book this property again and would highly recommend it for a larger group or family get away.

Spectacular property and house, first class all the way. The house is massive - plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time in the pool and on the grounds. Beautifully landscaped. One bit of feedback: the pool/spa heater/overall system and movie theater are quite complicated to use/control and during our 5-minute "walkthrough" we weren't really given any instruction on how to use it other than "here's the remote control". Also, the pool maintenance company came to do cleaning of the pool in the middle of the day during peak pool hours and disabled the entire pool system for 2 hours and preventing our group from using the pool during the hottest part of the day, which was a bit frustrating. The feedback is nitpicky, however, when you pay this much for accommodations expectations are high. All things considered, we would definitely stay here again.
