A charming 3-bedroom plus mezzanine maisonette located in a very peaceful neighbourhood in the beautiful pine forests of Les Landes. Enjoy the bike path all the way to the beach and just a 3-minute drive to Le Penon, where there are shops, a bakery, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a twice-weekly market.

Zum Geniessen, ideal für Ferien mit dem Hund

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Im Innern fühlte man sich sofort wohl. 3 Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Alles war sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Im kleinen, aber feinen Pool kann man sich gut abkühlen. Privatsphäre garantiert! Der Hund kann derweil das Grundstück erkunden. Die Strasse hört man, aber es hat dem Genuss keinen Abbruch getan. Diese Strasse führt direkt zum Strand, man ist mit Auto in 5 Minuten dort. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und liegt inmitten traumhafter Pinienwälder, die wir ausgiebig durchwandert haben und trotzdem selten 2x am gleichen Ort waren. Ganz in der Nähe darf der Hund mit an den Strand Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend in allen Belangen und waren stets erreichbar für Auskünfte jeder Art. Alles lief herzlich und freundlich ab. Sie haben selbst einen Hund und würden sogar auf den eigenen Hund aufpassen, wenn man mal etwas machen möchte, das mit dem Vierbeiner nicht möglich wäre. Dafür nochmals ein grosses extra Plus!

Très confortable et excellent accueil

L'accueil des propriétaires est parfait...aux petits soins. Le gîte est grand, confortable et bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol est la proximité de la route que l'on ne voit pas mais que l'on entend et nous n'avions pas su le voir sur l'annonce. Nous recommandons ce gîte
