Villa AnnaMaria si trova alle porte di una delle più suggestive cittadine del Salento. Otranto, oltre ad essere ricca di storia, respirata in ogni angolo del suo meraviglioso centro storico, offre anche la possibilità di godere dei suoi affascinanti paesaggi rurali.
È proprio nelle campagne otrantine infatti, a pochi minuti dal cuore del Paese e dal limpido mare salentino, che sorge la nostra struttura. Completamente immersa nel verde, e adiacente ad un bosco di pini di proprietà, è la soluzione perfetta per beneficiare dell’assordante tranquillità e del tanto noto relax caratteristici della zona.
La villa consta di due appartamenti indipendenti, entrambi dotati di camera da letto, cucina con soggiorno, e bagno.
Il tutto circondato da un’ampio giardino, frutteto, e pineta, utilizzabili per ogni tipo di attività.
