It was simply perfect

Our family liked everything about the property. The apartment is perfectly equipped and 100% clean. The pool area is very beautiful and the neighbourhood very quiet. Although a car is mandatory to reach any restaurant and groceries or the beaches.

We loved our stay. Luckily we had a rental car as you can’t walk to anywhere except the golf course. The only things I’d change would be to update the towels, to supply top sheets and a small BBQ upstairs.

Thank you for this review. We will have a look this summer for the towels. I don't know what you mean by top sheets? As far as the BBQ is concerned, we can imagine that a tenant misses this, but we fear that grease spots could easily get on the upper terrace if they are not cleaned up immediately.

Fabulous apartment everything you need is at the apartment accept a Kettle Great solarium with lovely views over the Mar Manor A car is needed it’s rather remote Beautiful pool area The only negative is they are building a new apartment block next door and it can be noisy and dusty the owner hasn’t been honest and has made no reference to this

Great place for a relaxing break

We had a great holiday at this Lo Romero apartment. The first thing to say is the apartment is virtually brand new and literally the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. The Lo Romero golf resort is the same, immaculate everywhere. It's very well equipped, lots of glasses, coffee machine, everything you would need, as well as kids plates and beakers and a brilliant layout for us and our 4 year old. Great views of the gardens and pool from the balcony and the roof terrace is amazing. Good for youngsters as there's plenty of shade with an awning on the balcony and the pool is big with a kiddie bit as well. The area is very very quiet and you need a car, but that's exactly what we wanted. It was August and it was very quiet, the people we did meet seemed to own their properties and they were lovely. All in all a very good place and I believe good value for money as well.

L’appartement était parfait comme prévue dans la description. Complètement neuf et bien équipé avec goût. Un solarium aménagé avec un coin équipé de chaises longues, d’un salon de jardin et enfin d’une table avec chaise haute le tout avec la possibilité de se protéger du soleil avec une pergola.La piscine était au top très moderne avec un jardin parfait et son gazon lui aussi parfait. Le tout au calme avec la vue sur le golf. Séjour idéal pour profiter de belles journées de repos dans un beau cadre.

Mooi appartement met mooi uitzicht

Mooi appartement, schoon en mooi uitzicht en alles aanwezig. Met zorg ingericht. Eigenaar goed bereikbaar. Sleutelhouder slecht bereikbaar en niet gezien of gesproken tijdens check in en check out. Dakterras en terras 1e verdieping heel mooi maar wat weinig privacy. Ik zou dat aanpassen met privacy glas. Wordt nog gebouwd op het resort maar daar hadden we geen last van dit deel is bijna klaar.Heel erg rustig was het verder. Mooie golfbaan. Bij het zwembad geen ligbedden en parasols ook niet toegestaan om ze zelf mee te nemen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Es fehlte an nichts. Tolle Anlage , etwas außerhalb gelegen (Auto sollte man haben). Netter Kontakt, egal ob mit Sybille oder Soraya, wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartement, leider mit direkter Baustelle neben dem Appartement.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Keyholderin und der Besitzer war auch gut. Weitere Kosten können durch die Benutzung der Klimaanlage entstehen, war nicht der Beschreibung zu entnehmen. Außerdem hätte ich mir den Hinweis im Inserat gewünscht, das keine 30 Meter entfernt eine große Baustelle ist. Die Bauarbeiten fingen morgens vor 8 Uhr an und man hatte keine Ruhe. Egal ob beim Frühstück oder im Pool, immer Baulärm. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Appartement nicht gebucht, alleine schon wegen unserer kleinen Enkelin. Deshalb vergeben wir nicht die vollen Sterne.

Mehrkosten für Mehrverbrauch sind zwar in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen aufgeführt, die wir Ihnen mit der Buchung zusenden. Sie haben diese am 1. Mai im VRBO-Tool erhalten. Wir haben keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Sie berechnet. Als Sie am 1. Mai gebucht haben, gab es keine Bauarbeiten in der Nähe des Apartments. Leider haben sie im August mit den Erdarbeiten begonnen. Diese liegen nun schon eine Weile hinter uns. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das etwas Lärm gemacht hat, aber wir können unmöglich wissen, wann sie anfangen werden, was funktioniert.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Dieses neue, sehr luxuriös und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattete Appartement am Lo Romero Golf läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen! Das Appartement befindet sich im ersten Stock. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen direkten Blick auf den Garten, mit einer schönen Poolanlage und dem top gepflegten Golfplatz sowie auf das ca. 7 Km entfernte Meer. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der Terrasse mit einem so traumhaften Ausblick zu frühstücken. Schöner geht es nicht! Eine zusätzliche Dachterrasse/Solarium ist von der Terrasse aus direkt über eine Treppe erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist mit Sonnenliegen und weiteren schicken Gartenmöbeln komplett ausgestattet. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was zum Leben, Kochen, reinigen usw. benötigt wird. Wifi und internationales TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Ferienanlage besteht nur aus 20 Appartements, die sich auf zwei Einheiten mit jeweils zwei Etagen aufteilen. Alle Appartements befinden sich in erster Linie zum Golfplatz. Parken ist direkt vor der Wohnanlage möglich. Um den Golfplatz herum gibt es einen hervorragenden Fuß-/Wanderweg (ca. 6 Km), den wir täglich gerne gelaufen sind. Den Golfplatz können wir nicht bewerten, da wir selber keine Golfer sind. ;-) Die Golfer, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, waren aber alle sehr begeistert! Bis zum Ort nach Pilar de Horadada sind es grob 4 Km. Auf halber Strecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, mit einer Fleischtheke, frischem Obst und Gemüse, Backwaren und allem Anderen, was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird. In der Regel sind wir dort mit dem Fahrrad zum Einkauf hingefahren. Übrigens - man kann hier wirklich sehr gut Fahrrad fahren. Es gibt ausgewiesene Fahrradwege sowie Bewässerungskanäle für die umliegenden Obstplantagen, an denen man mit dem Rad entlang fahren kann. Wir möchten uns bei unserer Gastgeberin, Sybille de Beul, herzlich für den wunderschönen Urlaub und den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und Kontakt bedanken. Für uns ist klar, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!! 😊
