It enjoys a wonderful view towards the Gulf of PortoPino.
The house "Il lentischio" consists of 2 double bedrooms with respective bathrooms.
Large living room, with respective kitchenette, outdoor veranda with sea view where you can eat while being cooled by the breeze of the mistral wind.
Inside the property which is accessed through an automated gate, completely fenced off, there are parking lots.
Outside you can use the barbecue.
Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available.

Il punto forte di questa casa è la bellissima terrazza panoramica: fare colazione, pranzare e cenare guardando il mare e le dune di Porto Pino in lontananza non ha eguali, per non parlare dei fantastici tramonti dietro al campanile! Inoltre la casa dispone di tutto il necessario, anche per una permanenza di 3 settimane come è stata la nostra. La proprietaria, signora Milva, è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima per il nostro intero soggiorno. L' unico elemento meno positivo è rappresentato dalla strada sterrata che conduce all' abitazione: è davvero in cattive condizioni, avevamo il terrore di danneggiare l'auto che abbiamo noleggiato, dato che anche andando pianissimo in alcuni punti le buche erano talmente profonde che toccava sotto. Abbiamo espresso le nostre preoccupazioni e nel giro di pochi giorni i proprietari hanno fatto spianare un po' la strada quindi la situazione è leggermente migliorata.Ottima anche la posizione, il paese di Sant' Anna Arresi è meno turistico rispetto a Porto Pino e quindi molto più autentico. Non manca nulla, dai ristoranti dove mangiare dell'ottimo pesce, alla farmacia, per non parlare di bar, pasticcerie, pescheria, supermercati. E il mare si raggiunge facilmente disponendo di un' auto. Nel complesso è stata un' esperienza molto positiva, che ci sentiamo di consigliare.

Posizione e struttura eccellenti

Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge della costa del sud, da Pula fino a Sant'Antioco (questi sono gli obiettivi raggiunti con la mia famiglia), la casa è una bifamiliare dotata di tutti i confort e anche di più, si dorme benissimo in quanto non ci sono i rumori della città, possibilità di mangiare su bella terrazza all'aperto, due camere con due bagni, volendo potrebbero starci anche più di 4 persone. Nulla di negativo (se non la strada per arrivare che è un po' in salita e sterrata e quindi è preferibile avere una macchina alta e non bassa). Per il resto ottimo giudizio e da consigliare a chi vuole godersi una bella vacanza nella natura. Grazie Milva.
