The refundable damage deposit is 200 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.

The location was convenient, but the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were small, and the furniture pieces were old, stained, and dated. One bathroom was tiny it made showering impossible ,with no exhaust-in second bathroom it made it stuffy, The water temperature was either extremely hot or freezing—no in-between. Kitchen appliances weren’t properly cleaned, and the coffee maker had old water in it. With better cleanliness, modern updates, and maintenance, the stay could’ve been much more enjoyable.

Confortable, bien placé, vue, mais bruyant

Appartement confortable, idéalement placé pour visiter, mais un peu bruyant. Le bruit de la route gêne pour dormir. Même si des boules quies sont fournies, des double vitrages seraient bienvenus dans les chambres. Le salon est justement plus calme grâce à cela avec une belle vue sur la Sagrada Familia. L’hôte est serviable et a répondu favorablement à nos sollicitations.

Appartement spacieux, trois chambres, très proche de la Sagrada, du métro, des commerces.

Nous étions 4, 1 adulte et 3 grands enfants, les 3 chambres permettent à tous d'avoir un couchage séparé et un peu d'intimité . Emplacement: proches des commerces, restaurants, donc très pratique (au nord du Barcelone touristique, donc métro incontournable, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné, métro propre et très pratique, sinon 30 MN de marche vers Bari Gottic, quand même largement faisable ! en contrepartie à 100m de laSagrada) . Par contre, pas de clim, l'avenue est en travaux, démarrent à 8h le matin et la vue donne, hélas, sur le parking voiture et sur ses toits aimantés derrière on aperçoit la Sagrada, retenons un accueil sympathique, de gentilles attentions, café, sucre, huile, (l'air de rien important quand on voyage léger !), confiture, eau fraîche), proche des commerces, mais mérite un coup de neuf et LA CLIM !
