Strategically located, we are renting a house just a 5-minute walk from the sea and a short distance from the most famous beaches. It’s in an excellent location for travel to and from the port and airport, and centrally located for easy access to the Costa Smeralda, the eastern coast, and the inland areas.

The apartment can accommodate 5 people; it is fully furnished and consists of 1 master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 single bedroom, as well as a storage closet, bathroom, kitchen, living room with TV, and a spacious, well-ventilated veranda.
