Il Diamante del Lago is a small refined apartment studied in every detail, in the heart of Varenna. It is located inside a lakefront house and enjoys a lovely panoramic view. Furnished with great taste and elegance, it gives guests a pleasant feeling: the shades of gray, the bright chandeliers and a game of mirrors create an atmosphere of enveloping charm.



The apartment (50 sqm) consists of a living room with sofa and kitchenette, a double bedroom with view on the characteristic 'Piazza del Prato' and a bathroom with shower. Il Diamante del Lago is located on the second floor of a house served by a lift, just 10 meters from the beach, the famous "Riva Grande" and shops and bars: the perfect location to fully live the atmosphere of "Lake Como Style”.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Varenna! This place is the perfect location for everything we needed and had incredible views. It would be great to have a few kitchen amenities such as coffee pods for the coffee machine and salt/spices for cooking.

Wonderful Location in Heart of Varenna

Charming, clean and great location. Staff is very responsive. Suggestions: Needs closet to hang clothes and additional towels if you are staying more than a couple days.. Love Varenna!

Perfect location

Perfect location for visiting the waterfront restaurants, the gardens of Monastero, and walking the path along the water to the ferry. The building and space are nicely decorated. The small windows provide good light and pretty views from the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas. Varenna holidays provided easy communication and early check in. Varenna is a beautiful village and perfect base location to visit Lake Como. Would make vacation more pleasant and welcoming if could include basic supplies for at least the first morning or a short stay. Tissue paper provided. There is elevator in the building which was helpful with luggage. The location of the building is down an alley with steep slope and few steps. We did not ask for assistance with getting from the Varenna holiday check in location to the apartment. It would be nice to offer assistance with luggage at check in to the apartment and check out to the nearby plaza .
