Beautiful house located only few km from Playa den Bossa, Ses Salines or Sa caleta, and 7 km from Ibiza center. It has all the necessary amenities. It is equipped with television, air conditioning, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, expresso coffee machine and microwave. It also has free Wi-Fi connection.
Located in a quiet environment to rest, urban but in the countryside, where
 There are different villas around. It is essential to have a car or motorcycle.
The house has two modules. The first consists of 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The second module has a large double room with a sofa bed and fireplace.
It has large terraces with sun beds and a Balinese bed, to enjoy the sun, outdoor shower and pool.
Space to park 2/3 cars inside the Villa.

Great Villa, amazing location and great host

Great villa that is perfectly located, close to the airport and to all the place of interests in Ibiza. It is in a quiet residential area so It was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy the villa without worrying about the neighbours. It has a spacious, nice furnished outdoor area including sunbeds, swimming pool and bbq grill. The villa consisted of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and was perfect for our group of 7. Maria was a great host and ensured that everything went well during our stay. Communication was smooth. Would recommend and come back!

Casa situata in una zona tranquilla, molto comoda all'aeroporto e al centro di playa d'en bossa! La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche accompagnato all'aeroporto! Complimenti, se torneremo ad Ibiza, torneremo qui di sicuro!

Excelente casa, bien ubicada, muy cerca del aeropuerto ubicada en urbanización privada, alejada del ruido de la fiesta Pero muy bien comunicada si buscas marchas, a solo 10 minutos de Playa d'en Bossa, a 5 minutos de cala Sa Caleta, excelente equipamiento de la casa, piscina impecable para los dias de calor, muy buena disposición de los dueños en ayudar y hacer una estancia agradable.. Valoración general EXCELENTE.

I spent a very nice and relaxing holiday in this flat in Ibiza! The flat is well equipped and the owner was always very kind and she has given us very good information about the island. There is a wonderful terrass and a clean swimming pool. You can easily go on foot to Ibiza centre if you like walking. Residence is smart and we met nice people just spending some hours to the swimming pool. I will recommend it !

He pasado con mi familia unas vacaciones estupendas. El piso esta' muy bonito, no falta nada y ademas con una preciosa terrassa. Es un piso cerca del centro y tranquilo. La proprietaria ha sido siempre muy amable y muy atenta. Es una propriedad a recomendar.

EL PISO ES CORRECTO, MUY BIEN UBICADO, LIMPIO Y BUENAS CONDICIONES. MARIA JOSE HACE TODO PARA QUE ESTE OK, MUY BUENA ANFITRIONA. NOS FACILITO EL ACCESO A PACHA PARA MII HIJA Y SU AMIGA. NOS CAMBIO LA SECADORA CUANDO TUVIMOS UN PROBLEMA. MUY RECOMENDABLE, ESTA A 300 METROS DE LA MARINA BOTAFOCH, DONDE CAPUCCINO ES UN EXCELENTE LUGAR QUE SABE ATENDER A LA GENTE,. EL SUPERMERCADO EROSKI ESTA ANDANDO A 400 METROS. A 1,5 KM A UN PASEO AL CASCO HISTORICO!! NOSOTROS PODRIAMOS VOLVER.
