The bedroom layout has 2 double rooms, one of which has exquisite sea views with a balcony and 1 en-suite master bedroom with a balcony and fabulous sea views. A large family bathroom is located on the upstairs landing together with an extra walk-in shower room so all rooms have use of one bathroom. The third twin bedroom also located on the first floor.



Protaras /Fig tree bay is less than a 5-minute drive from the villa and is the main tourist resort of the area with ample shops, bars and restaurants.



Ayia Napa is 10-minute drive away from the villa where bars, clubs, restaurants, and a vast variety of shops can be found.



Paralimni is the main town of the area which hosts 4 main supermarkets and lots of local shops in the center.
