Above and beyond!

This was our return to Venice after almost 29 years. And we were not disapointed! The on-line description of the appartment did not do it justice! It was more beautiful, more spacious and closer to the water than we expected. Having being renovated recently, it was spotless. And there was a lot of attention paid to small details to make our stay there even better. It really reflected that Venetian charm and it was close to a lot of stores, bars and restaurant, without feeling that you're in a tourist area. Which we weren't! We were living among the natives, which really added to our Venitian experience, while still being at arms lenght of many attractions! Above everything our experience was really enhanced by our gracious host, who went out of her way to help and make us feel at home!. No doubt that she will earn her Super Host status very soon.
