Great ground floor with a charming balcony 180 meters from the fabulous sandy beach of Denia. It has capacity for 4 guests.
After a pleasant day on the beach, nothing better than relaxing on the apartment's beautiful balcony while having a drink in the best company. The apartment is on the ground floor and from there you can access the outside area of the building.

The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and offers a simple but very cozy style. The main room brings together the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. It has air conditioning and TV. In the kitchen with ceramic hob you will also find the washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the second with twin beds. The bathroom of the house has a shower. In addition, we can offer you a cot and a highchair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the apartment is fabulous, since it is located just 180 meters from the beautiful beach of Denia, which has several km of sand where you can enjoy the sea and the good weather. In the area you will find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Denia and its beautiful castle are a must for the visitor.

Fantastic Break

Property was as advertised,well equipped. Close to all amenties, beach a small stroll, good bars ,restuarants and supermarket on your doorstep. Friendly welcome and a secure ample parking space. Well impressed.
