The property was very nice. The upstairs bedroom was especially wonderful. My only complaint is that the kitchen was not adequately stocked, i.e., no dish cloth or sponge, no dish towels, no plates and no bowls. Something to improve! Thanks!

This beautiful, very spacious and comfortable apartment is perfectly situated for seeing Verona. It is less than five minutes from the arena and within easy walking distance of other attractions the city has to offer. We had a wonderful six nights and communication with Erika was very easy and we found her most helpful.

Cute apartment, in a lovely location. Great communication from Erika, the Owner. Although the apartment is a little dated, there was everything you could possibly need, and the cleaning was exceptional. The only negative was the photo of the balcony, there is a balcony, but no table and chairs, perhaps this was because the weather, hadn’t been good. All in all, a lovely stay, thankyou Erika.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked and our stay was without any problems or issues. Our host replied promptly throughout the booking process to answer any queries and provided clear and comprehensive directions.The property was extremely well located and just a couple of minutes away from the Roman Arena which really made our stay there so memorable.We would certainly stay here again on another visit to Verona which is a lovely city.

The property was just as we expected. There were no surprises. Erik’s had everything prepared for our arrival. Her response time to messages was mere minutes, especially with a few mishaps we had (national transit strike almost stranded us in Malpensa, and we locked ourselves out of the flat). Both times Erika’s response was quick and comforting.The apartment itself afforded us every comfort. The location is in close proximity to Piazza Bra, the Arena, and just about every area of interest. They are all within walking distance. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minutes by a 10 taxi ride. Be warned, there is a spiral staircase that is narrow so large luggage’s have to stay down stairs (it was not really an issue). The bed is firm but comfortable, but the pillows are very flat. Even the additional barely helped. The upstairs does have air conditioning which helps with sleeping. The downstairs does not but there is a fan and with the windows open it was more than manageable. Think about it. You’re there to see sites not watch TV. We had a great 5 night stay and would very easily choose Erika’s apartment again.

A Quiet and Cool Oasis in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aristocratic Residence. We were in Italy during a heat wave and the AC kept the whole unit, upstairs and downstairs, very cool which was such a relief. The bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and having a washing machine was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Had a very pleasant stay. Apartment is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for us as a family of four. The location was great, with all the historical attractions of Verona within a short walk. The train station was only twenty mins walk away, so very easy to reach Venice and lake Garda too. The owner was very pleasant and made things very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely rental in the heart of Verona.

This charming property is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. The host is wonderful, prompt response time, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Check-in was very easy, with the host sending clear instructions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is in a very quiet and convenient location, being close to the Arena, lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and attractions. All walkable. There is a supermarket close by. The apartment has air conditioning and a small but pretty balcony. The host was always helpful and responsive and we would happily stay there again.

Very nice apartment centrally located

We enjoyed our time in Verona at this apartment. Erika was very helpful and met us promptly on our arrival. The apartment was clean and very quiet at night (great for light sleepers). The kitchen has good appliances and lot of room. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Arena and lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The instructions on access was clearly given. It was situated in a great srea for walking to all the sites with great cafes & eating places close by. The spiral stsircase is steep, so if you have sny walking difficulties it coild be a problem, ,but there is a double sttee bed downstsirs anyway! I woild definitely recommend staying here if you wantbyo be in the central area of Verona.
