The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked and our stay was without any problems or issues. Our host replied promptly throughout the booking process to answer any queries and provided clear and comprehensive directions.The property was extremely well located and just a couple of minutes away from the Roman Arena which really made our stay there so memorable.We would certainly stay here again on another visit to Verona which is a lovely city.

The good features of the apartment are that it is in a great location, is very clean and the interior looks freshly renovated. The negative features are:1) The mattress is very uncomfortable. To be able to sleep on it we had to take the spare comforter, fold it in half and put it on top of the mattress. Still not great but an improvement.2) As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a problem. The bedroom is on the second floor and only accessible by a steep and narrow circular staircase. Even a reasonably fit older person might have trouble with this. We didn't even try to bring our luggage up there.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry if don't appreciate the mattress, there is also the big topper in order to make it more confortable. For the circular staircase before booking my property you should have checked all the photos and the descriptions of the apartment on web site or better write or call me for more detailed informations (you asked me for simple information that suddenly received). In fact, guests usually before booking check the web site or provide to ask to the host detailed informations. Anyway, on the apartment's website is clearly declared that it is not suitable for disabled or physically challenged guests. Best regards

A Quiet and Cool Oasis in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aristocratic Residence. We were in Italy during a heat wave and the AC kept the whole unit, upstairs and downstairs, very cool which was such a relief. The bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and having a washing machine was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The instructions on access was clearly given. It was situated in a great srea for walking to all the sites with great cafes & eating places close by. The spiral stsircase is steep, so if you have sny walking difficulties it coild be a problem, ,but there is a double sttee bed downstsirs anyway! I woild definitely recommend staying here if you wantbyo be in the central area of Verona.

Did really like the spiral staircase and I don’t recall it in the advertisement but possibly it was there. I thought the balcony was looking onto street but it was looking onto parking area so a bit disappointed there. The place was clean and well equipped

Had a very pleasant stay. Apartment is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for us as a family of four. The location was great, with all the historical attractions of Verona within a short walk. The train station was only twenty mins walk away, so very easy to reach Venice and lake Garda too. The owner was very pleasant and made things very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a fantastic location with the Arena, Juliet's balcony and much more just a short walk away. We recommend hitting up Amaro for a cocktail or coffee, it is right down the street. As for the apartment it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we even cooked one night. The owner was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The only comment I would say to those think of renting if you’re not good with a spiral staircase this might not be the place for you but if you are it is a great place.

Very nice apartment centrally located

We enjoyed our time in Verona at this apartment. Erika was very helpful and met us promptly on our arrival. The apartment was clean and very quiet at night (great for light sleepers). The kitchen has good appliances and lot of room. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Arena and lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Downtown Haven with Plenty of Space

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The instructions were excellent, the pamphlets were helpful (the Giusti Gardens and Guerrero Rizzardi Winery were both excellent recommendations), the location is unbeatable (within two blocks of the arena and on the only Old City road that is not part of the LTZ), and the premises was peaceful and quiet. The spiral staircase and small balcony were nice extras. Thank you once more!

Lovely spot in the heart of the Old City of Verona

This clean and comfortable apartment offers everything you need as a home base while exploring the beautiful old city of Verona. Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the tight spiral staircase, but the main floor has a pull-out couch and bathroom. So, no need to scale the stairs. We enjoyed an aperitif on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.
