Melbourne 1 Apartment is a charming retreat in a modern complex in Albufeira, ideally located between the historic center and the newer part of the city. Perfect for families or friends, it provides the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday under the sun.



In the living room, the space is bright and welcoming, ideal for moments of leisure and socializing, extending naturally to the balcony, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing while soaking up the Algarve sun.



The apartment features an elegant bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



Outside, the complex offers a communal pool surrounded by sunbathing areas, a children’s pool, and a playground, providing fun for all ages.



Centrally located, the apartment is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, while the nearest beaches, Praia do Inatel and Praia dos Alemães, are within a short walking distance, allowing you to enjoy the best of Albufeira with ease.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Lovely stay in central Albufeira

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern, and in a fantastic location. We walked to Praia dos Alemães in the morning and enjoyed evenings in the Old Town. Everything was super accessible. The pool was a nice bonus, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. It’s a great spot for a couple looking for a quiet base close to everything. We’d definitely return!

Great apartment for a family holiday!

We stayed at Melbourne 2 with our two small children and had a wonderful time. The apartment is bright, clean, and well equipped, the kids loved the playground and the children's pool, while we enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was very welcome. It’s in a great location, close to both the Old Town and the beach. We walked everywhere, no need for a car. Would definitely book again!

Perfect mix of comfort and convenience

I spent 10 days at Melbourne 2 while working remotely and it was exactly what I needed. Quiet, well located, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong, the A/C kept the space cool, and I loved having a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a safe building with an elevator and is within walking distance of shops, cafés, and the beach. Great place if you want to enjoy Albufeira without needing to rent a car.
