Perfetta per famiglie e amici

Location ottima per visitare la val Di Fassa, essenziale ma molto pulita e spaziosa, dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno tranquillo in più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante e ottima televisione HD. Il proprietario Giovanni è sempre stato disponibile e puntuale. Consigliatissima

Prima vakantieverblijf. Goed aan te rijden en goede uitvalsbasis voor skiën in de Dolomieten. Basic ingericht maar voldoende. Kussentjes op de keukenbanken zou de boel aangenamer maken. Al met al een aanrader.

Excelente para amigos o familias numerosas

Casa amplia y cómoda para un grupo grande. Es posible usar las dos duchas simultáneamente y tienen un buen flujo de agua caliente. Es recomendable cerrar el radiador del pasillo porque tiene el termostato muy cerca y entonces corta la calefacción antes de que las habitaciones se caldeen. Buena ubicación para conocer el dominio de Dolomiti Superski. La comunicación escrita con el propietario fue muy fluida.

Sehr schönes Haus. Toller Urlaub.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Ciasa Sulda. Wir hatten das ganze Haus gemietet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es war alles sauber. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Backofen. Giovanni und sein Vater waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Very charming accomodation

It's a great old house, great flair. Very well kept, spacious and quiet. The only thing - there are not really five sleeping rooms, there are four real sleeping rooms. The couch is in the living room in the middle of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Roomy but little bit old

Apartment is spacious, kitchen is great and owners are nice. However apartment is quite old. As it seems it was renovated not so recently aand a lot of stuff is broken (lights, electrical outlets, shutters, washing mashine). Beds are basic. It is not well isolated therefore the apartment becomes cold very fast and it is quite easy to hear neighbors. Apartment location is isolated from any lively place. I would recommend this apartment for people that need a lot of space but I would not recommend it if you want comfort or be not far from a center.

Great family accommodation

This was an ideal apartment for our family of 8 adults and 2 children under 2 years old. The rooms are all large - both bedrooms and bathrooms. It was well appointed and just a few minutes walk from a supermarket. There were also several good bars and restaurants in the area. The owner was readily available to answer queries and help us with any difficulties. We would happily stay here again if we were planning another holiday in the area.

Ruim huis met prima keuken

We verbleven met 11 personen in dit authentiek Italiaans huis op de eerste verdieping. Het interieur is zo als je mag verwachten in dit soort vakantie huizen, een beetje gedateerd. Maar alles werkt en het is goed verwarmt met 2 badkamers die ruim zijn en schoon. En het contact met de eigenaar was goed en snel,wij hebben niets te klagen.

Großzügige Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung

Die Ciasa Soldà liegt etwas abseits des neuen Ortskerns und der Gondel zum Rosengarten. Aber Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Selbst der Weg zu Gondel ist mit Skistiefeln machbar (Aufwärmtraining). Aber natürlich fährt auch ein Skibus zur Talstation sowie in die anderen Skigebiete. Es gibt mehrere Skibushaltestellen in kurzer Entfernung und das Skibusnetz ist groß mit vielen Busverbindungen. Leider braucht es ein wenig Geduld die passenden Abfahrtszeiten und Stationen herauszufinden. Die Wohnung selber ist groß (140m²). Das historische Gebäude ist außen und innen schön renoviert und technisch auf gutem Niveau. Mit zehn Personen kann man sehr gut Urlaub machen (versuchen sie das einmal in einem Hasenstall in den französischen Alpen). Dazu gehört auch, dass es genügend Schränke und Abstellmöglicheiten gibt. Die Küche ist für eine große Gruppe bestens ausgestattet. Ein großer Tisch um den alle darum herum passen. Was mir positiv in Erinnerung bleibt, es gibt so große Töpfe, dass man auch für 12 Personen Pasta kochen kann. Wirklich klein ist nur der Balkon. Aber für den Skiurlaub braucht es das nicht wirklich. Ansonsten: Ruhig gelegen, toller Blick durch die Fenster. Sehr netter Vermieter. Neben den Vergünstigen in einigen Läden, Skiverleih etc. gibt es das Angebot günstig in einem benachbarten Hotel zum Abendessen am Hotelgästemenu teilzunehmen. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis mit leckeren italienisch - südtiroler Speisen.

Good location and nice supportive hosts

The appartment is nicely and quitely located in the very small village Viggo di Fassa. The appartment was clean and spacious. We did not appreciate the beds and the pillows, in some rooms the beds were better. The kitchen is spacious and easily hosts 10 people around the table. We missed a desent set of wine glasses and some better kitchen equipment (for example better pots and pans - the ones provided suffered from bad treatment), and the appartment would have been eaven cosier had there been carpets, a nice and comfortable sofa sofa table and armchairs available. All in all we had a good time, and the hosts were friendly and easy to reach.

La casa perfetta per gruppi numerosi

abbiamo soggiornato nella Ciasa Soldà dal 4 all'11 febbraio 2017. La casa rispetta in tutto la descrizione, è molto spaziosa e ben organizzata . La cucina con un tavolo molto grande, ha tutto il necessario . Ampie le camere e i bagni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima la posizione.

Un appartement spacieux et bien équipé Une situation très agréable dans le val di fassa qui est très beau. L'appartement est à proximité du centre ville et des commerces. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Nous avons vraiment passé une bonne semaine.
