This delightful villa is located in the popular Ayia Thekla area in Ayia Napa.



Ayia Thekla is the perfect destination for those seeking the privacy and seclusion of a residential area but who still want to be within easy reach of major towns and resorts. The property enjoys a good size garden and a good-sized swimming pool. It is conveniently positioned just a few kilometers from the centre of Ayia Napa, within 15 minutes’ drive of both Paralimni and Protaras. A 12 minute drive will take you the local villages of Sotira and Liopetri where you can see the culture of the agricultural way of village life and just 20 minutes’ drive away from the city of Larnaca.



Villa Siren is a 3 storey 4-bedroom villa with private swimming pool set on a frontline corner plot with outstanding unobstructed sea views.



The spacious outdoors has a good size swimming pool equipped with outdoor furniture including sun loungers.



Inside the villa has an open plan living dining and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will require for you holiday meal planning, a dining table for 6 persons, a comfortable seating furniture a flat screen TV with international channels and Wifi and A/C throughout.



The 4 double bedrooms are set on 2 levels with comfortable double beds, wardrobe space and are fully airconditioned both levels consist of a full bathroom.

This property was amazing clean tidy and on the beach , we loved the pool and the kitchen had everything you would need, we all had the best time ❤️ The barbecue was old and needed to be updated, but did not ruin our holiday

What a great position

Amazing Villa.. just as it said on the advert,even it the pictures are a bit out of date. Rooms wonderfull and the various balconies really top class. The electrics... the light on the car stayed on.. the under cabinet lighting didnt work and the extracyor fan didnt work. Found the pool lights on tge last morning.. shame as it looked wonderful.

Everything about villa was fantastic. The washing machine badly need,s to be in the kitchen.Going up 2 floors, to load and unload the machine is a lot of effort for us older people.

Location is good - beach right in front of the villa, nearest shop where you can buy food and drinks are 5-7 min walk. there’s a cafe close to it too with nice, big and cheap portions. only problem was that almost no taxi knew the address and Google maps not always showed the property. By foot it is about 1.25 to city centre ( Ayia Napa ). place was nice and clean and the pool guy came once in our stay to clean the pool. What was nice as we stayed for a week. It’s ideal for big groups ( 8 people 4 couples) as all the bedrooms are pretty much the same, so no fight about who will stay where. there are bathroom in each floor and toilet in first floor.

Fantastic location. Very quiet. The only sound at night was the waves on the beach. Walking distance to two bars that are open during the season. Very well equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen equipment etc. Beds very comfortable. The villa and grounds are very clean. Decent sized pool. The property could do with a bit of maintenance. Dishwasher blocked on first use. Kitchen door handle came off. Shower door in top bathroom was a bit 'sticky'. No cleaning products so we had to buy some. Barbeque very rusty and unusable. However, none of these affected how much we enjoyed our holiday.
