Villa Aranceto is a comfertable 2 bedroom villa perfect for couples or small families. Surrounded by a spacious, lawned garden, it offers a private gated pool for added peace of mind. Nestled in the countryside, it’s just a short 10-minute drive to the charming town of San Vito dei Normanni and 20 minutes from the stunning Adriatic coast. You’ll also be within easy reach of the picturesque historical towns of Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno, and Ostuni, all less than a 30-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and hallway near the bedrooms are included.

This property is located in the north of the Salento region near San Vito dei Normanni. It's within easy reach of the Valle d'Itria and from the historical Pugliese towns of Carovigno, Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica - all within 30 minutes' drive. Ostuni is one of the popular 'white towns' of the area, and Ceglie Messapica has a reputation as a gastronomic centre, with some great restaurants. What's more the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto is only 20 minutes away by car.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 1.5 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

The villa was very clean and welcoming, set in a large plot with olive and lime trees. The pool and pool area was lovely. You do need a car as the villa is a couple of km from the nearest village/town. San Vito dei Normanni has several supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants. We found the villa a good base to explore Puglia. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The separate laundry has a washing machine, pegs and line for drying but it looked like you needed to bring your own detergent. The only thing we struggled with was rubbish disposal as everything had to sorted and put out on different days during the week (leaving us with a challenge to remove anything remaining on the last day) - but this is likely to be common to all tourist villas in the area. Overall, a lovely place to stay, would recommend.
