Mit Gummistiefeln - prima!
Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne, geräumige, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr gern aufgehalten haben, und in der trotz ihrer zentralen Lage auch die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wurde. Zu bemängeln wäre allerdings, dass die Küche etwas knapp ausgestattet ist (so fehlt zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine) und der TV-Anschluss nicht funktionierte. Zu unserer großen Freude haben wir am einzigen Regentag unseres Aufenthalts in der Wohnung zwei Paar Gummistiefel gefunden und ausgiebig nutzen können. So weit - so (fast) alles gut. Nicht so gut ist allerdings die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlaufen. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Vaproretto-Anleger San Angelo entfernt und trotzdem wegen des Gassenlabyriths in San Marco nur äußerst schwierig zu finden. Auch das Google-Navi hilft hier nicht wirklich weiter. Schön wäre eine Unterstützung seitens der Agentur gewesen etwa in Form einer kurzen Wegbeschreibung - oder noch besser durch persönliche Abholung vom Anleger. Auch nicht gut machen sich nicht eingehaltene Versprechungen. So wurde uns ein zweites Schlüsselset für den Tag nach der Ankunft zugesagt, das wir aber nie bekommen haben. Der check-in Prozess war sehr gehetzt und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass wir Touristen eigentlich nur die Störfaktoren für die Agentur sind.
