We were unhappy with several issues regarding the property. After a three way phone discussion with the host and a VRBO representative the host agreed to reimburse us with 30% of the cost of our stay and we moved to other accommodation immediately afterwards on Wednesday 19 July. Can you please advise regarding the status of such reimbursement.
