Location is good next to the métro USERA But many things are not correct : .cleaning was not done at our arrival, with a lot of dust . very few dishes and insufficient kitchen equipment (missing : coffeemachine, can opener, strainer, glasses, cooking equipements) . baking tray out of use . Poor material for cleaning (no Hoover) . missing electrical outlets in thé rooms, out of use in the living room . bathroom handle broken, dustbin cup broken . the rental price is much too high compared to the service. Not satisfied. we do not recommend this rental

Cleanliness and equipment are priorities, and I regret that these issues were not at the expected standard upon your arrival. Our processes ensure these are met, however we always inform you at the check in that if any is not at your standards you can mention it in advance for us to fix it asap. Unfortunately, we never received your feedback on time. Your comments regarding the kitchen equipment, cleaning materials, and maintenance have been noted, and the necessary actions are being taken to correct them. I’m also sorry that you felt the price did not reflect the service provided, at the end the price is set up by availability and the market, not only our apartment. Feedback like yours is important and helps improve the experience for future guests.
