We were only here for a night, but it was a great stay! Clean, cool artwork, amazing location in Old San Juan, walkable and very accommodating host. Highly Recommend!
A perfect spot for exploring old San Juan, right at the top of the hill and with easy access to many bars & restaurants as well as the historic attractions. We had a great visit!
Javier has a beautiful home here in San Juan. I've been going to OSJ my entire life, but this home was remarkable. It still shocked us as we entered. It's very cozy and charming and great location.
Our townhouse had great views and everything was walkable in Old San Juan. Short Uber ride or scooter ride to Condado from this location as well. We'd definitely stay there again
Location was great, home was lovely, and our host was wonderful and accommodating.
We came in a day early before a cruise and wish we would have come in a few days early. This home is great place and true to Old San Juan.
Geeat location and easy to communicate for check in process!
Everything was just as described. Only thing we had issue with was there wasnt any hot water for showers or washing. We alerted the property manager/owner so they knew.
We were really pleased with this property, primarily based on the location. In old San Juan, very close to El Moro, with great views. The house itself has been well taken care of, and was comfortable for our party of 9. We had a great time.
check in was great - property is more spacious than it looks in photos - great location and Puerto Rican owned (which we like) hosted our family for New Year’s Eve very well. Everyone had a great time. Thanks again!
The location is great and lively, and had beautiful views from all sides. However, the house is not as described, certainly not luxury. It is not 4 bedrooms, but 3, with a futon in the hallway, the windows don’t open, there is no dryer, just a washer, some of the ceiling lights in the bedrooms did not work, the balcony and the upper deck are locked closed. But most, importantly, please note there is no hot water! Cold showers only. Additionally, the host was a bit challenging to reach and mostly communicated in Spanish. I would only recommend if you need a place to lay your head for a short time and only cared about location. Otherwise, this was not a house that lends itself to a relaxing vacation.
Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay.
Javier was amazing and accomodating throughout our stay. He is very friendly and knowledgable. So warm and welcoming. The property is even more stunning than pictures show. A true old San Juan experience staying in this beautiful house. We had plenty of room and everything is walking distance. We will be back!
This property was WAY better than I thought from the listing pics. Every detail was thought of and the location can’t be beat- you can see the water at either end of the street. Beds were comfortable and clean. 6 stars!!!!

"True" Old San Juan.
Very noisy street until 2 A.M. Beds were not king as in description. Queen at best. Very "quaint" atmosphere in unit. No hot water, everyone took a cold shower. It was an experience. We are glad we stayed but would not want to do it again and would not recommend.

Interesting home on a noisy street
Stayed one night. If you're looking to party and stumble home to bed this is a great place. the beds are definitely not king sized as listed. they are between a double and queen. No hot water for showers for my group of 10 people was a fun supriseBunk beds are ok for kids, but no one heavier. the kitchen was nice, but we didn't use it.Street was extremely noisy, and the balcony is a cool place to hang out.property host allowed us to store our luggage before check in time which was nice, allowed us to make the short walk to the fort and other things to do in Old San Juan. Overall a very adequate place to stay, but def not worth 800 per night
Location, location, location is perfect! The house is how it is described, charming, and large and can take a large group. We were 6 adults. There are stairs that can be a bit of a problem if you have bad knees. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within walking distance. Our only complaint would be that the fans and lights seemed to be on timers, and the second night we didn't know how to get them on again. Overall, a great place to stay.
"Luxurious" is a bit misleading. It is a great place, but it is a historic building without really hot showers and challenging light switches. It makes up for these issues easily with atmosphere and charm. Filled with an ecclectic mix of art and folk art, with an amazing small courtyard and a roofterrace with views of both the ocean and the bay. Easy walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. 2 min two amazing ocean views. The only real issue is the noise level at night in the front facing bedroom. This is a party town and you will hear it. Still, 5 big stars.
Wonderful location and place! Javier is by far the most accommodating host we’ve ever had. Even picked us up at the airport, and helped us find parking for our rental car which took and hour. Really great guy and place!
