Amazing rural 4+ bedroom house on the coast of the Istrian peninsula - Terra Magica. Stay in Besida and enjoy swimming and sunbathing while experiencing the magical atmosphere of Istria, a land of ancient & medieval scenery and contemporary festivals.
'Vila Besida' - where you will come to your senses

A luxuriously refurbished stone house “Vila Besida” situated in an Istrian village Peruški.

There are 4 sleeping rooms at your disposal. All of them with A/C. One of them is a large room for 2-4 persons with en-suite shower room and there are 3 double bedrooms. Two of them have toilet ensuite, ans there are additional 3 separate bathrooms available, three with a shower, and one of them with a traditional bathtub as well.
The house has two kitchens and a small living room with an authentic Istrian fireplace. There is also a large living room (7x6m) that can be used as a conference room or for similar activities. Four terraces with a breathtaking view of the Istrian coast are smartly distributed on all levels and sides of the house. A barbecue and a large garden surrounding the house (300m2) where one can relax, sunbathe, play sports etc; crucial elements of a relaxing vacation.


'We have spent most summers in the past decade at Villa Besida, observing how this family has lovingly restored and developed the house, with exquisite taste. There is nothing more perfect that the evening view from the terrace. The village is on the south-east coast of Istria, with the more tourist areas a short drive away. Perfectly suited to our family, which includes two children now aged 10 and 12. We cannot recommend it highly enough.'

Très belle villa au charme authentique. La villa est totalement climatisée et bien équipée. Idéale pour 2 ou 3 familles. L'extérieur de la maison permet une grande convivialité. Il y a de nombreuses criques à proximité. De quoi passer un séjour très réussi.

The place we would like to return!

We spent our sunny, funny and wonderful holidays in Villa Besida for the second time and we would like to return! This is the place for those who preffer to stay away from the main tourist destinations in the friendly, well designed and quiet place. We fell in love with the Villa Besida, its atmosphere, see view, quiet neighbourhood, local beaches and even the bar in the village - one and only Acapulco. This is the perfect place both for adults - they can enjoy long evenings on the terrace (as we did) and children - they can play in the green area next to the house. The owner - Goran - is extremely helpful and does everything to make his guests feel satisfied and taken care of. Villa Besida deserves the best grades :-)

We are a family who restored the house the way that will make us and everyone staying at Besida feel even better than at home. We wanted to make it cozy, visually appealing and, above all, we wanted to make it a relaxing and inspiring space.

Why they chose this property

Although we live in central Croatia, we have always loved visiting Istria because its people, landscapes, and magical atmosphere always boost our spirits and help us unwind and enjoy life. This house was ideal because it is situated near the sea, airport, highway and a short and pleasant drive away from almost every Istrian attraction, festival or charming location.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the house because it is a stone house that carries the aura of old and romantic rural Istria but with adaptation we added a modern and artistic touch to it with all the necessary modern appliances and carefully decorated interior. Every room has a terrace with a sea view. The air is fresh with a scent of wild herbs. The night sky looks a lot better than even the most precise HD presentations of stars. People coming from towns and light polluted areas could not believe we were standing under the same sky.
