Contemporary luxurious townhouse with Sea views

This contemporary townhouse located on the outskirts of the Garden Town of Estepona. It's located in a five-star beach front community with a big Olympic Swimming Pool, Infinity pool, kids pool and a fully equipped Gym and Spa with a Turkish bath, Sauna, circuit spa pool and ice bath.

The townhouse has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom which looks out on the sea and the community comes with Walkin closet and ensuite. On the same floor is the other two bedrooms with views over Sierra Bermeja (the mountain range) which shares a bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and duvets. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are downstairs on entry level.

The open plan kitchen and livingroom is located on entry level. Modern decor which suits summer as well as winter with a big island, dining table and a big sofa Infront of the television and open fireplace. Out through the sliding doors you reach the private terrace with another seating and dining area looking out on the community.

On the rooftop terrace is the BBQ, Jacuzzi and lounge/ seating area the perfect place to end the evening. You can also catch the sun in the sunlounges, if you want a little privacy with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.

The house also comes with a garage with extra fridge freezer, laundry area and garage which fits 2 cars. The house has underfloor heating in all the bathrooms and in the living room kitchen. All TVs are smart TVs so that you can log in to your favourite subscriptions at home or cast. The whole house is also airconditioned to handle the hottest months of the year and heated of course during the winter.

Beautiful location for a family holiday

This really is a beautiful property in a stunning location. The communication with Homecare Estepona was fantastic throughout which was very reassuring. They were there in person for check-in and check-out and both Pernilla and Margo were absolutely lovely. The villa is immaculate with everything you'd need for a home from home. We had a few issues with electronics impacting the aircon which we understand was due to a recent electrical outage in the area so not normally expected. The pool complex is amazing, and so safe for children as there was a lifeguard there every day of our stay which was a bonus. We were warned off the beach by other residents who said the sea was full of jelly fish, so one to be aware of. We wished we'd also known that there isn't actually much in walking distance, at least not in terms of cafes or bars - Estepona marina is a 2km walk but not ideal for small children so a car is a must. Overall no complaints - this really is a wonderful holiday home in a beautiful part of Spain.

This property with its private jacuzzi on the roof and beautiful views over the ocean and the Olympic swimming pool of the community and the modern decor will not disappoint. Nether in the summer as during the winter season.
