Great comfortable place to stay in Moab. Great place close to trails guys wanted to travel in their Jeeps. Beds were so comfortable. House clean and well kept. Hosts gave great directions for use of the home. We loved our Stay here in Moab. Thanks so much for the use of your Lovely Home!!!!
This property was amazing. Highly recommended for families traveling to Moab. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!
This house had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms with access to the outside. The outside areas were so pretty. We sat outside at night when it was cool and just looked at the stars. Convenient to everything Moab has to offer. Totally recommend booking an adventure across the street at mild to wild. The rafting trip was amazing!!
Karen and Steve have a beautiful house in a great area of Moab. Because of the heat, we hiked Arches and Canyonlands in the early morning three days in a row, came back to the house, turned on the A/C, chilled for a few hours over lunch, and then visited places like Potash Road and Deadhorse Point State Park, both of which are close by to the house. The house was clean as a whistle and furnished and built with luxury touches. Communication was first-rate, with numerous tips from the hosts. Top notch all the way.
House was nice, if you are going in the summer be prepared to be hot, there is no AC and no fans, I went to the local hardware store and spent $150 for fans to just make it bearable, the swamp cooler did alright at night but if you are in the house during the day it is terribly hot. (they should have had 1 fan per room available)
it was pretty clean, but we did have some dirty floors and found 4 nails on the floor in the kitchen area, no blood but a little pain when we stepped on them, they were finish nails and I have no idea how they got there. Steve was very responsive when I called him about trying to check in early. the house is nice and location is nice, I just was not prepared for how hot it was inside the house.
Great location, close to Canyonlands, Arches National Park and Island in the Sky. Beautiful scenery. There was construction on the road but the housekeeper was able to give us an alternative route when we arrived at the home a little early. It is all one floor with 2 steps to get from living space to bathroom and bedrooms. Normally this would not be an issue except I fractured my leg the day before hiking (Be safe on the loose gravel on trails!) I was able to crutuch the two steps up and down but iust something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.
Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, plenty of space to relax after 8 days of traveling.
It would be nice if there was an awning to park under in the hot sun, but we were able to find shade by parking close to the shed in the evening and in front of the house in the morning.
The house stayed cool even in the 110 degree heatwave we experienced.
Communication with owner was easy and receptive. I had an issue with reservations through the VRBO app and Karen was patient and helped me through it.
Highly recommend!!
This is an EXCEPTIONAL property located within walking distance to downtown Moab. From the beautiful backyard seating you can see vehicles climbing the hill entrance into Arches NP. There are views of fields and mountains and the grounds are well manicured. The interior is high end finishes with beautiful artwork, colors, and decor. All three bedrooms were comfortable with quality linens, artwork, and window views. The kitchen is a cook's dream with plenty of supplies and functionality. We LOVED our month stay here!!! The host thought of everything to make us feel completely at home and comfortable. This deserves more than 5 stars....this is one of those rare gems that are perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book this accommodation. We will certainly seek to book this again when we return to Moab. Truly, truly exceptional!!!!!
Great access to town and Arches NP but far away from town enough to have quiet, phenomenal vistas, and peace and quiet. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee and evening al fresco dinners.
This place was wonderful with a great location! It was very easy to go into town. They have lovely outdoor areas. Three different places to sit with great views all around!I've never stayed where there's a swamp cooler vs central air. Do NOT worry about that! It got plenty cold and fast! This place is very well decorated, with a nice table sitting for 6. The living room fit us 6 very well. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Every sink has soap. And the kitchen has dish soap. There a nice refrigerator with plenty of room. Karen was very easy to correspond with and she answers back quickly. I WOULD absolutely stay here again!
Phenomenal house, great location. Had everything we needed, was quiet and secluded, and was convenient to downtown Moab and all the local recreational activities. Five stars plus.
Such a cool house. Just like anything else in southern UT, the pictures do it no justice. Everything seems to be custom built in a beautiful southern UT theme. Beautiful house, excellent location, cool and comfy even on 95-degree days. The road that the house is on drops down a hill and runs right along the Colorado river between the shear-walled cliffs, then eventually becomes an unpaved road that winds its way back up into a side canyon for an awesome cruise within 5 minutes of the house. We booked a float trip down the Colorado, and found that the place (Mild to Wild) was within short walking distance. Bonus! About 15 minutes to the entrance to Arches, and about 5 minutes to most of the restaurants and stores in Moab. We would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay while visiting Moab and Arches National Park. Great location. Easy check in and check out process. Very clean home with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Several nice outdoor seating spots to enjoy the view of the canyon mountains (if it's not too hot of a day). Only issue is that it has a complex type of A/C system. Luckily, the owner had it set up for us and it met our needs during our stay. Enjoyed our stay.
Loved our stay here. The property was amazing! Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the loft. The close proximity to the National Parks was amazing. We spent mornings in the parks and afternoons on the patio. Hope to come back soon!!
Lovely home, convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands
We loved the house. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay in Moab near Arches. We are now heading to Canyonlands which is just under an hour away. We would stay again if we are ever in the area!
This house was perfect, in every way. The beds were comfy. The kitchen, fully stocked. The back patio was wonderful, and made a great place to grill steaks. We enjoyed its close proximity to Moab downtown, but still felt secluded. I cant recommend enough
What a wonderful place to stay while exploring Arches National Park and Canyonlands! There is a well-stocked kitchen and we enjoyed eating breakfast there before heading out for the day. The house is very comfortable with awesome surrounding views!
