This modern apartment is perfectly positioned to watch the ships passing by, whilst enjoying the sunlight reflecting off the glistening waves seen through the windows. Situated at ground floor level, the sandy shores of Sandown Bay are directly opposite.The accommodation comprises of a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, which offers lovely views out to sea and a large smart TV, inc Netflix, Amazon & internet. There are three sofas, one that can be used as a sofa bed for one person.The kitchen area is a modern contemporary style, with breakfast bar seating for up to 3 and includes a Nespresso machine (pods not supplied), an integral fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The dining area seats up to 6 guests and also benefits from sea views.The master bedroom can be made up as a super-king or a twin room; please advise your preference on booking. There is a dressing table, that can also be used as a work desk for those looking to work whilst away. This room has a stylish en-suite. The second bedroom is a twin room. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE: The third phase of building works at the Breakwaters Development is currently underway, therefore there are ongoing building works on-site, We have been informed the proposed building works are to be scheduled between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday – Friday. Along this stretch you can see the red sandstone through to the white chalk of Culver cliff, and it is around here that fossil remains can be found. Sandham Garden’s play area is just across the road from the apartment with go karting sky nets and crazy golf and children’s play area. A short flat walk further along towards Yaverland, and you will also find the Wild Heart Animal Sanctuary formerly the isle of Wight Zoo, famous for its big cats. The town of Sandown is brimming with attractions to entertain visitors, most of them right on the beach front itself, so you never have to stray too far from the golden sands. Should you enjoy a coastal walk, you can walk the length of Sandown Bay from Yaverland past the Pier along the seaside revetment all the way to the popular neighbouring town of Shanklin. There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.Please be advised, this apartment is on one level, accessed via the stairs or a lift from the parking space.
