What makes this home extra special is its unique location. Situated near the Westduinen nature reserve, the surroundings invite you to go out and explore.

There is parking space for two cars in front of the house, one of which is under the covered carport. From the entrance, you enter the bathroom, which features a combined bath/shower, sink, and toilet. A turn to the right brings you to the spacious dining area, with a view of the open L-shaped kitchen. You can then relax on the comfortable corner sofa in the bright adjoining living room, where the smart TV with built-in apps lets you easily enjoy your favourite entertainmen. From the kitchen, you step out onto the atmospherically lit covered veranda with a cozy seating area, leading into the south-facing garden, which is enclosed by a hedge. The house has three bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor: the master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a smaller bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. The third bedroom, with two 90 x 200 cm box spring beds, is on the spaciously converted attic, accessible via a steep staircase with a handrail. In the storage room, you will find an extra fridge with a freezer compartment and a washing machine.
