KELCHALM LUXURY APARTMENT

Superb comfortable (130sqm) apartment with ample space. At the entrance a cloakroom with ski storage corner and boot warmer, and a toilet. Then a double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper level, where a large open space features the kitchen, the dining table and the living space with sofa and TV. In the sleeping area a double bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and washing machine, a separate toilet and the kids' room, with a single bed that becomes double and a wonderful mezzanine with play area. Three outdoor parking spaces.

The apartment is located a short distance from the Römerbad Thermal Baths and the Kaiserburg cable car, which can also be reached on foot with a 5-minute walk (attention: you have to go up a hill).
