Bluebell Copse Cottages New Forest with hot tub.

Bluebell Copse Cottages consists of a three bedroom three bathroom cottage. The cottage has a open plan kitchen living area opening on to a courtyard garden area for outside cooking and relaxing. The cottage has beautiful exposed beams and character in keeping with the tranquil rural surroundings. The farm is set in 70 acres of land which you are free to explore during your stay.

The three king bedrooms are all spacious with soft white linen and high quality matrasses. One of the king bedrooms can be split in to two singles for when staying with children. two of the bedrooms have en-suites which have modern showers. The whole property has underfloor heating which keeps the cottage lovely and warm in the winter months.

We also have a games barn and on site treatment room so something for all the family to enjoy whether you re coming with children or a group of friends. There is table tennis, darts, board games, children's toys as well as an area to enjoy an evening drink. The on site treatment room offers treatments from £25 using Neals Yard.

The cottage has a private courtyard with BBQ facilities, Hot Tub and seating area in what used to be the old pigsty its a perfect sun trap.

Newly converted in 2020 and opening in 2021 our beautiful cottage is light and airy whist keeping the character of the original building with exposed beams and brickwork.

We have pubs in waling distance and the open forest us only a short drive where you can see the famous New Forest ponies roaming free which you can explore by foot or even hire a bike or why not bring your own?

We are new to VRBO but have hosted lots of families at the cottage they enjoy the outdoor space and fresh eggs from our chickens . We have swings for the children and a tree deck for evening drinks or picnics while admiring the view and the wildlife.

Lovely conversion of old barn. Very comfortable for 4 adults and two children. Central location for New Forest and Poultons. Ample parking. Great separate play barn for kids. Very clean.

Perfect for us

We were looking for a 3 bed, 3 bath near Nursling as we had a family wedding at Rownhams House. Location was perfect. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the garden area and would like to stay again sometime to test out the hottub and games room! Owners were very helpful and friendly and it was great to be on a farm in such a wonderful spot. Amazing and THE best location for Peppa Pig World

Rarely do you arrive at a property to have your already high expectations exceeded! The cottage is beautiful and laid out perfectly for a family (two beds downstairs and one upstairs) My parents stayed upstairs and we had the downstairs with our little girl. The outdoor area was stunning, completely private, full of character and we loved the hot tub. One highlight was the barn! Ping pong, darts, loads of toys which our little girl loved and so many games and books! We also went to visit the chickens and used the play area. I really recommend this place for families with young children. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed. Location wise it is perfect for everything! We went to Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park) and we’re there within five (traffic free - it is the right side) minutes! There are fantastic pubs nearby and absolutely oodles of things to do nearby. Louise was super helpful and very friendly with great comms throughout. We will definitely return.

Why they chose this property

The whole building has had extensive renovation in 2020 and has been finished to a high standard. With a light and airy décor the barns have a beautiful finish with added luxuries such as underfloor heating and a heritage roll top bath. The stone floor and handmade oak staircase give the space character but with all the modern conveniences.

The main bathroom features a roll top bath and heritage sink the cottages have a country feel but with all the luxuries you need. There are three bedrooms one double and two king bedrooms, the two king bedrooms have en-suites with showers. One of the king bedrooms is on the first floor and another is a large room with floor to ceiling windows and a small kitchenette .

There is an open plan living space for cooking, dining and a corner sofa to relax with smart T.V and board games opening on to the private courtyard.

The cottage has a courtyard with outdoor cooking and seating area and has great sun in the summer where you can relax with a cold drink and a BBQ we also have a 6 person hot tub.

We have lots to keep you and your family entertained during your stay. We have , football goal and Garden games as well as walks on our farmland and access to our tree lookout. We have chickens providing you with fresh eggs daily.

We pride ourselves at being family friendly and can provide a travel cot & high chair. As well as toys and books for children we also have a smart T.V for movie nights. There is lots of outdoor space for play and garden games to entertain in the courtyard or the paddock. We are close to a lot of family friendly attractions such as Paultons park, Longdown dairy farm and Beaulieu motor museum.

We are a working farm which does mean farm machinery and animals are on the farm on any day we will inform you when you check in if anything may affect your stay.

What makes this property unique

The farm has been in the family for decades and the renovation in 2020 took a year to complete. We kept as many of the original features as possible such as the wooden beams and the exposed brickwork.
