The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine and opens onto a solarium terrace with barbecue and views of the countryside.
A supermarket is 1.5 km away and several shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute drive. The town center (Moya) is 4 km away. and the house has parking for vehicles.
