Fantastic Dog Friendly Apartment With Stunning Views Over Towan Beach.

19 Crest Court occupies one of the most stunning locations in Newquay. The apartment is right on the sea front with stunning views of Towan Beach, Towan Island and the harbour. To access Towan Beach you merely have to cross the quiet road in front of the building. The apartment is the ideal location for lazy days on the beach, surfing or walking on the numerous beautiful coastal paths. The main town centre is a brief walk with its shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses.
The apartment is a beautifully furnished modern second floor apartment with a large bay window which frames the amazing coastal views. Within the apartment is a large open plan lounge, kitchen dinning room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master ensuite bedroom also has gorgeous views of the coast and the Atlantic.
The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and large freezer. The lounge contains a sofa bed which will accommodate 1 adult or up to 2 children.

This apartment is fantastic, we had everything we needed and the location was perfect. More than enough room for 4 of us and the facilities were great. Stunning views and right in the town centre. The check in and out process was very easy and communication from Liz was excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Newquay.

We visit Newquay frequently and love the area. This was a nice flat with really great location. Having your own guaranteed parking space in Newquay central for the summer is ideal.

We had a lovely holiday here. The location was idyllic right by the town centre green. Beach shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Also views overlooking the beach from the apartment are beautiful.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We stayed here for a few days as we were attending a wedding in the area. Communication with the host was brilliant throughout and even when we had a couple of small issues they were sorted quickly. The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views out to sea. I’m sure we will be returning when we next visit Cornwall. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Apartment clean and quite big. Host was in touch very promptly every time I had a question. Booklet left with all information, explained everything and had a lot of useful information about Newquay. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely little break with amazing views

The property was lovely, plenty of room, everything provided from hand wash to dish washing tablets & towels, all you need is your own toiletries. There were a couple of places that looked like they could do with touching up but these were very minor & would not put me off staying again. Check in process was smooth apart from the numbers on the door entry key pad were difficult to see. Over all we had a lovely stay & wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wonderful position

The flat has wonderful views over the bay and green area. The parking was super useful as it is an easy walk into town. The views are really wonderful and so soothing to be able to sit in a lovely clean apartment watching the waves and all the activity on the beach. Beds were comfy and flat beautifully clean. The front door entry method can be a bit tricky but you do get used to it. Enjoyed our break and we'll be using the apartment again.

Winter get away

Property was very much as described with a fantastic view over the bay. Watching the hardy bathers and surfers, who seemed to sit on their boards more than surfing. There was an issue with hot water (communal system) and the owner did her best to resolve it (required new parts which were not immediately available)

Post New Year getaway

The home owner contacted me and gave full check in and check out details. The apartment is in a great location, with lovely views over Towan beach where you can watch surfers all day long. The apartment was clean and well presented with good amenities, but could do with a little refreshing in the hall and ensuite bathroom. The apartment was cosy and warm and very quiet with little noise heard from other apartments. We had a lovely stay and will definately stay again.

Perfect Location

My husband and I and our two dogs have just come back from a three night stay at 19 Crest Court. After mastering the door entry, I only say that because some of the numbers have rubbed off of the key pad, we got our bits and bobs from the car and settled in. The apartment was clean and bright, the lounge had an amazing view over Towan beach and even though the first night and on Saturday the weather whilst warm was spoilt slightly by a sea mist that hung around. on Sunday morning goodness me could you appreciate the view. Considering how close we were to the action, there was no disturbance at night even on Saturday night we didn't really hear any music or noise from people passing by. We were so impressed we are looking at going back in November.

Spacious, neat, clean, organised and well planned apartment. Minimalistic interior style with touches of a seaside theme throughout - which I felt was relaxing and cakm. We spent more time insude the apartment than we normally do on holiday because the space worked so welk for our family.

Great location

The location is probably one of the best you could ask for, right next to the beach, bars and town so everything on the door step. Unfortunately we had an issue with the lift not working when we got there, we informed the owner, it was was fixed on the Monday but sadly broke the next day. The apparment was nice but could do with a bit of tlc. The door to the onsuite had all damage to it, the kitchen plinths were loose, there was a broken floor tile right next to the oven which was very sharp, towel radiators had quite a bit of rust on them and shower tiles had a bit of black on them. I'm sure these are things that could be sorted and would defo stay again
