Harley's House is a charming single-storey, detached retreat resting on the edges of Exton, Rutland, and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people and a sitting area offering a TV and woodburning stove. There are also a washing machine and ironing board in the property. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, and another twin with a TV, along with the bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking and additional parking at the neighbouring hotel's car park. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is also available here. For a break to remember, look no further than Harley's House. Note: The beds in the twins are not zip/link, but can be pushed together to make king-size beds.
