The rooms are located on the ground floor, which makes it ideal for people with lower mobility and safe for children. The master bedroom enjoys a unique walk-in shower for 2 people, real luxury! The functional open kitchen immediately opens onto the spacious terraces overlooking the pool.
The private pool (with roman steps 10x4m, depth decreasing to 2m10) is surrounded by 180m2 terraces and lies blissfully in the sun. Ideal for that refreshing splash during the hot summer months. In addition to the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor Frigo, there are additional awnings that provide shade when needed. To really get your tan, there is a spacious solarium on the roof terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The outdoor shower, toilet and gas barbecue complete the outdoor spaces!
